Terms of service

1. Provider and scope

These terms govern the Preflight service offered by Suriyaa Sundararuban, Flying Aries (“we”), to clients who create an account and order reports (“you”).

2. The service

We prepare written research reports on a startup and its financing round, based on public information and the material you provide. Reports are researched with the help of AI tools and are reviewed, edited and approved by a human analyst before delivery.

Preflight reports are research and analysis prepared for the recipient's own information. They are not personalised investment advice, and not a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy, sell or hold any security. We do not arrange, broker or execute investments, and we do not hold client money. Read the full disclaimer.

3. Orders, delivery and fees

  • Snapshot: a memo of about 3 pages, delivered within 5 business days. Full Preflight: a memo of about 10 pages, delivered within 7 business days.
  • Delivery times run from the later of payment and submission of the complete intake, count business days in Germany and end at 18:00 Berlin time.
  • Fees are fixed and shown before checkout. VAT is added where it applies.

4. Your materials

You confirm that you are entitled to share the documents and links you provide with us for this purpose. We treat them as confidential and use them only to prepare your report.

5. Use of reports

Reports are for your own use. You may share them with your professional advisers, but not publish them or pass them to other investors without our written consent.

6. Liability

7. Governing law
